Ed Hughes ARTIST STATEMENT
All my photographs are taken within a 30 mile radius of my home in North Kingstown RI, my own backyard so to speak! All editing, such as adding sharpness, saturation or cropping does not differ than the methods used by the master, Ansell Adams. Photoshop is never used to manipulate the original picture! Taking pictures of wildlife and landscapes has become my life’s passion and I’m humbled and amazed at what our small corner of the world has to offer. My hope is that the viewer will find some of the tranquility and peace I have found taking these
