Meet Your Artist: Lynne Lovely
Lynne Lovely is a traditional stained glass artisan working in the age old Tiffany style. Each unique piece is hand crafted in her Wakefield home studio. Lynne's concentration is nature and all things nautical. Inspiration comes from the sea and the surf of her native R.I. rocky coast. Soothing blues and greens dominate her color pallet. Much of her work is one of a kind incorporating sea glass, bulls eyes, antique bottles and all sorts of repurposed glass.” She was a textiles major at URI. She learned to do stained glass at a studio in Atlanta, Ga. in 1984. When she moved back to RI she took a RISD glass class and THAT changed everything for her!
